Model output is not permission. Atlas should check which tools and accounts an action can use before it is performed.

Coding, research and creation
Writing, programming, debugging, analysis, research and building can use the chosen model’s supported capabilities, plus Atlas tools where qualified.
The current boundary. Atlas Free does not include Titan.Savant augmentation. A compatible model or provider account may have separate usage restrictions and fees.
