The service

Titan.Atlas is a personal AI system in controlled launch. These terms govern use of the public websites, beta access, and the Titan.Atlas subscription editions sold by SynOct LLC. Use of a deployed Atlas instance is also governed by your deployment agreement.

Seller

SynOct LLC is the legal seller, subscription counterparty, merchant of record, invoice issuer and refund authority for Titan.Atlas subscriptions. Payments are processed through Stripe. WeAreTitans, TitanArray and Titan.Atlas are not the seller.

Editions and pricing

• Titan.Atlas Dark.Matter Edition — $100/month. Atlas core, Stable/Beta capabilities and the Dark.Matter flight-test feature set.
• Titan.Atlas Event.Horizon Edition — $200/month. Everything in Dark.Matter plus Event.Horizon frontier capabilities. Titan.Nessa is included.
• Titan.Nessa Add-on — $9.99/month with Dark.Matter only; included at no extra charge with Event.Horizon.

Prices are USD before any legally required taxes shown at checkout. Subscriptions are monthly only and auto-renew until canceled. These are launch prices, not lifetime-price promises; any future increase comes with at least 30 days’ notice and never applies retroactively.

Trial

Both editions include a 30-day free trial. Starting a trial requires a verified account, a valid confirmed payment method and a selected edition. No subscription charge is taken during the trial. Reminder notices are sent on days 27, 28 and 29 showing the edition, forthcoming price, trial-end date and cancellation path. Canceling before trial end means $0 is charged; trial access may be retained through the original end date. Switching editions or adding Nessa during trial does not restart or extend the trial clock. A waitlist or beta-request submission does not start a trial.

Cancellation

Cancellation is self-service — you do not need to email, open a case or speak to anyone. Canceling during the trial prevents the first charge. Canceling after payment stops the next renewal; paid access continues to the end of the already-paid period.

Refunds

The 30-day trial is the evaluation period. Once a paid billing period starts, charges are non-refundable and non-prorated except for duplicate charges, SynOct/Stripe billing errors, charges taken after an effective timely cancellation, or refunds required by law. Canceling partway through a paid month does not create a partial refund.

Payment failure

A failed charge enters a 72-hour grace period during which paid access continues and payment can be repaired. If unresolved after 72 hours, paid features suspend. Cancellation, suspension or payment failure never deletes your local Atlas data — it remains readable and exportable.

Upgrades and downgrades

Upgrading Dark.Matter to Event.Horizon takes effect immediately after successful billing and may be prorated; a separate Nessa add-on is removed automatically. Downgrading Event.Horizon to Dark.Matter takes effect at the end of the current paid period; Nessa continues only if separately selected.

Beta access

Beta access is granted by request and may be limited. Submitting a request does not guarantee access or a timeline. Confirmation messages reflect that your request was recorded, not that an account was created.

Acceptable use

• Do not attack, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the sites or Atlas infrastructure.
• Do not submit content you have no right to share, or another person’s private information.
• Do not misrepresent automated traffic as human requests.

No warranties

The public sites and beta materials are provided as-is during controlled launch. Descriptions of capabilities are descriptions of intent and current build state, not guarantees of availability or performance.

Content & ownership

Site content, marks and the Titan.Atlas identity are the property of SynOct LLC and the Titan group. Do not reuse the marks to imply endorsement.

Changes

These terms may be updated during the launch period; the effective date above shows the current version.
