Atlas / How it works

A signal. A connection.
A next step you can inspect.

Follow a small business preparing its next stock order. This is a synthetic example of the intended workflow, with a person responsible for the purchase.

01 / Notice

A pattern worth a second look.

Friday sales have been using more flour than the usual order covers. With access to the approved records, Atlas could flag the difference.

The evidence comes first.Which sales records? Which stock count? When were they updated?

02 / Connect

Put the pieces in context.

Compare the sales pattern with stock on hand, the supplier’s lead time and the owner’s budget. A missing or old number should stay visible.

A gap is part of the answer. If the stock count is stale, ask for a fresh count before calculating an order.

03 / Prepare

Make the next step reviewable.

Prepare a draft order with its assumptions and expected cost. Attach the source records so the owner can check the recommendation.

A proposal is still a proposal. No supplier has been contacted. No order has been placed.

04 / Decide

The owner makes the call.

The owner checks the draft and decides whether to proceed. Any future purchasing connection would need its own supported integration and explicit authority.

Keep the outcome with the decision.Record what was approved, what happened and what needs following up.

This interactive explanation uses invented example data. It is not a live Atlas session or proof that ordering integrations are available. Deployment capabilities are confirmed individually.

The same questions, every time

What changed? What supports it?

A useful next step keeps its evidence and its limits in view.

Where did it come from?

Keep the original source, its date and the relevant context with the result. A stale input should stay visibly stale.

Who may act?

Establish the difference between reading, preparing and executing. A permission to see a record is not permission to change a system.

What proves it happened?

An intention or a confident message is not an outcome. Verify the actual result and attach it to the decision.
